ESL African Championship Live Finals Survival Guide
A few days left before the second season of the ESL African Championship concludes. At the end of the event, the best African CS: GO team and Hearthstone player will be crowned champions.

How to get there

The event is set to take place at The Ticket Pro Dome in Northgate, South Africa, which is located at Northumberland Rd and Olievenhout Ave, North Riding!

What to do

So, you are now in the venue and you need to know what’s the schedule and what is going to happen the following days. Don’t worry as we’ve got you covered for this as well.

The CS: GO games will be played on the 6th and 7th of October, while Hearthstone will span the whole duration of the event, from the 6th until the 8th of October.

The teams will not only compete for the ultimate Champion title but there is also a huge prize pool up for grabs for both games!

The CS: GO teams will compete for a total prizepool of ~$46,000, distributed as follows:

Generic Info

Can I bring a camera with me?

You are more than welcome to bring your own camera and take photos/videos throughout the duration of the event. Nonetheless, in order to provide the best possible experience for our audience we would like to request to not bring any monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks etc., with you. 

Is there anything that I can’t bring with me?

In general, you are allowed to bring whatever you like with you, as long as you are not breaking any laws or disturbing any other people, including the teams. That being said, vuvuzelas, laser pointers, large rigs etc., are not allowed inside the venue. The above also include large signs and banners that might obstruct and/or annoy the vision of the other visitors. Keep in mind that the personnel at the entrance will have the authority to either deny your entrance or keep any unwanted items during your stay at the event.

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave politely. Local police, event staff, or management may remove you from the event for unacceptable behavior at their sole discretion.
