More Days of action
Adding Friday to the arena days gives fans coming to Dallas for the event one more day with two Best-of-Three quarter finals to enjoy. This way, a total of five playoff matches will bring you the best six teams from all regions and the showmatch before the grand final guarantee for more live action compared to the Season 5 finals.
More teams and matches to witness
While more teams will make it to the Verizon Theatre, we also increased the number of participating teams from 12 to 16. For the first time two teams from Asia-Pacific and one from South America will have direct slots into the global finals and the opportunity to go up against the cream of the crop from Europe and North America, with a chance to break out and even go to play on the big stage in front of the crowd!
Day Tickets and more
Besides the newly introduced day tickets, your chance to witness either the quarter, semi or grand finals without the rest of the event, you will see quite a lot of updates in the Verizon Theatre itself. We have been working on improved viewing angles and screens setup to follow the action. Also the goodie bag handout process as well as the entrance lines will be revised to drastically reduce queuing times for you during your visit.
