It’s all or nothing for mousesports in the ESL Pro League as they can secure their tickets to Dallas or stay home

European mixed line-up, mousesports, meets CIS veterans, Natus Vincere, for one of their most important matches in the fifth season of ESL Pro League. By winning this match 2-0 mousesports can guarantee themselves a spot at the Pro League Finals in Dallas, Texas, as well as their fair share of the US$1,000,000 prize pool. However, the currently placed second team can in theory still drop out of the playoffs region. Can mousesports repeat their great Season 4 performance or will they break two matches before the season’s end?
The mice have had a real roller-coaster in 2017 so far. The season kicked off above and beyond everyone’s expectations as they dominated the European Pro League division for the first few weeks. Not only have they tied with Astralis, but also convincing wins over North as well as Ninjas in Pyjamas put them in an extremely comfortable position, even after their star player NiKo left the team to join their competitors, FaZe Clan.
However, the momentum faded away when the European lineup struggled to secure points against Virtus.pro, G2 Esports and Heroic. But at a seemingly perfect timing mousesports decided to bring in a new talent, Estonian rising star, ropz. Ropz, a player who is yet to prove himself in top tier CS scene, has ever since his first introduction turned Pro League upside down and surprised everyone with consistently great performances. But can he deliver again versus Na’Vi to secure his team the finals participation?
If the team was to lose the match against Na’Vi, there is still a likely scenario for them to not even qualify for the finals. Natus Vincere would surpass them in the rankings, if they take a 2-0 victory. Mousesports’ final match is then against Fnatic who are currently sitting at 7th position and still hoping for their finals spot. Even Team EnVyUS can against all odds still take their finals spot away from them. As such, mousesports need to give their best against Na’Vi to lock it all in!

All of the matches will be streamed live on our YouTube channel so be sure not to miss any of them and see whether mousesports will make it to the finals or not! Full schedule can be found here.
