What is the ESL African Championship?

The ESL African Championship is a multigame esports competition for the geographical region of Africa organized by the ESL. Its purpose is to foster the competitive scene in the region by enabling the gamers from different countries to compete and increase their skill and receive visibility, while providing high-quality and region-relevant entertainment for the audience.

Which regions are allowed to participate?

Hearthstone: All African countries are allowed to participate

CSGO: Only South African countries are allowed to participate

When will the offline finals take place?

Series 1 will be purely played online. The ESL African Championship presented by Kwesé finals will take place at rAge Expo between 6-8th October, 2017.

What are the official game titles?

The official game titles are Hearthstone and Counter-Strike Global Offensive
