Where can I buy my tickets?
Tickets for ESL One Frankfurt 2015 are available for purchase directly here on this website. The Holiday Special Sales starts Monday, December 15. 2014 at 17.00 CET. This special has a limited amount of discounted tickets. The open ticket sale with regular tickets will start early January 2015
What payment options are available?
Through Eventbrite, you can use all major credit cards, as well as Sofortüberweisung and direct debit/SEPA-Lastschrift.
How does the prize pool contribution work
When purchasing your ticket for ESL One Frankfurt 2015, you have the option to directly increase the prize pool for the event. This increase is on top of the regular ticket price.
Can I leave and enter the event whenever I want?
Yes, you will be able to leave the event and re-enter as you please.
What is the AEGIS Experience?
The AEGIS Experience is the best Dota 2 experience you can get. You will be handed 5 tickets and an exclusive own lounge in the venue. The lounge has a perfect view on to the screen, deluxe food that is served in your lounge and many more unique features. The AEGIS Experience also includes all benefits of the Premium Ticket, so you can walk freely to any part of the stadium.
Are the tickets linked to a single seat?
The tickets are not bound to single seats in the venue. You can take a seat that you like, or switch to other areas. Premium ticket holders can also chose seats outside the premium area.
