Background
SoaR Gaming have contacted the league administration to confirm that the players have been transferred to Team Dignitas alongside the Pro League license. Following the transfer regulations, we have confirmed this move with all players and the new organization, Team Dignitas. After receiving confirmation from all parties the league administration have authorized the license transfer.
Ruling
According to the transfer regulations, the license has been removed from SoaR Gaming on their own request after confirming they transferred their full line-up to Team Dignitas. The license was transferred to the majority of the players who transferred it to Team Dignitas by joining the organization.
