Jakarta – Jan 15, 2019: ESL Gaming, the world’s largest esports company, is proud to announce the launch of the first season of the ESL Indonesia Championship in Jakarta, featuring a total prize pool of US$100,000. The online season of the ESL Indonesia Championship will feature the best Dota 2 and Arena of Valor teams across Indonesia and will be presented by Indonesia’s largest food and beverage company, Indofood.
The three-month long season will see the 8 best Dota 2 teams and the 8 best Arena of Valor teams in Indonesia duke it out online before culminating into an offline final that leads into a broader regional tournament. Presented by Indofood and Indofood brands PopMie, Chitato, and Indomilk, the ESL Indonesia Championship will be ESL’s focus point in adding to the Indonesian esports ecosystem.
