Introduction to the R6USN Finalists: SiNisterGG

As the Vegas finals fast approach, it’s an ideal time to explore the teams that will be taking to the stage. This time, SiNister GG take center stage!

To kick things off, let’s meet the team:

Nog – Starting out as a massive Rainbow Six: Vegas fan, Nog grabbed hold of a Siege Alpha key at the first opportunity, quickly dropped CS:GO in favour of Siege and has never looked back!

Oasis – Oasis began with an active social life, but joining the console siege Beta soon put a stop to that! He’s been involved with Siege ever since.

Doodle – Previously Doodle’s main vice was Ark Survival: Evolved, but after all his friends started playing Siege he decided to give it a shot, and the rest is history!

Cookiez – Cookiez background is an odd one, focused closely around RTS games such as Company of Heroes 2. He picked up Siege during 2016 but it didn’t engage him, so he quit. However he returned and made a team quickly going pro.

Yellow – CS:GO was how Yellow started out in FPS games, with a year of experience before joining the Siege Beta. He took a break for a while but the draw of the competitive scene dragged him back in.

So that’s the team, but what are their thoughts on the USN so far? I asked them a few questions to find out.

How, if at all, has the USN differed from the Pro and Challenger League?

“Unlike the Pro-League, the USN has all types of competition, from the highest to the lowest can compete for a place at an American LAN. ”

What’s the team’s proudest moment of the USN so far?

“Our proudest moment would be beating Mousesports during the qualifiers to secure our LAN place.”

Which team from the Eastern Conference are the team most looking forward to playing at Vegas?

“We’re looking forward to playing Rogue, as their our first match and we want to take it one match at a time.”

Huge thanks to Team SiNister for talking to us, they look like they could go far during the LAN, and if you want to watch how far they go, live and in person, then come along on December 15th and 16th at the Rio Hotel’s Penn and Teller Theatre in Las Vegas by picking up your tickets at
