IEM returns to China, as 16 of the world’s best Counter-Strike 2 teams compete for their share of $1,000,000 in total winnings this November. Set in the heart of China’s Sichuan province, challengers will clash with champions in front of thousands of die-hard fans during IEM Chengdu this November 7-9 for the IEM Chengdu Playoffs - but only after earning their spot through the gruelling Group Stage, starting on November 3.

Tickets for IEM Chengdu 2025 will go live on September 11 at 6pm UTC+8. Tickets for Playoffs will be sold in five categories, which are tiered based on their proximity to the stage in the arena - the best seats in the house can be found in Tier 1, with Tier 5 seats further from the stage. In addition, 3-Day Tier 1 ticket holders will also receive an exclusive IEM Chengdu 2025 goodie bag. Tickets sold out fast in 2024, so don’t miss out - be ready to pick up yours when they go on sale, and secure your spot to watch Challengers, Champions, and top-tier Counter-Strike return to Chengdu this November!

For the very first time at IEM Chengdu, fans will get the exclusive chance to meet all 16 competing teams up close! Across the week, teams will be hosting signing sessions, giving you the opportunity to meet your favorite players, get autographs, and create unforgettable memories.

And it doesn’t stop there — the six teams who make it through to the playoffs will return for an extra session ahead of the big stage battles.


Signing Session Schedule

Sunday, 2 November – 8 teams

Monday, 3 November – 4 teams

Tuesday, 4 November – 4 teams

Thursday, 6 November – 4 quarterfinal teams

Friday, 7 November – 2 semifinal teams

Exact team schedule and timings will be announced soon. Ticket pricing for signing sessions is as follows:

Things to know

Signing sessions will be held at an external venue (not the same venue as the Playoffs)

Only 150 tickets per group stage session (1 hour)

Only 200 tickets per playoff session (1.5 hour)

Ticket purchases are limited to 1 per fan who has purchased an event ticket

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

Meet the full lineup of 5 players + 1 coach*

Get one personal item signed (jersey, mousepad, or poster)

Receive an official team signing card (provided by ESL) if you don’t bring your own item

Oversized items will not be allowed (e.g., weapons, replica guns, sharp objects)

*Players or coaching staff may be unavailable due to illness or similar factors.

More information will be available prior to on-sale of signing sessions, including exact schedules for each team slot, arrival and check-in times, and accessibility support at the venue.

In the event of significant modification, postponement or cancellation of a Signing Session due to circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, the End Customer shall be entitled to return the Tickets and shall be entitled to a refund for the price of the Ticket less any seller fees.
