Wristband Collection
Show your ticket with QR or Barcode in exchange for a wristband.
Goodie bag pickup
for 3-day Premium Tickets
The pick-up point for goodie bags will be at booth r03 on the ring of the Spodek Arena.
Security Check
There will be a security bag check at the entrance of the arena. Alcohol, articles prohibited by law and any other items we deem inappropriate are not allowed. In the next step, you will proceed to get your ticket scanned.
Can I bring food to the venue? Can I buy food inside?
Yes you can bring your own food, or buy something inside, there will be also food truck zone for Spodek and MCK. You can not bring your own drinks.

Located near the A4 & A1 highways, there are several car parks located very close to the venue
- Spodek Arena offers FREE parking lots which are across several locations around the venue
Simply enter or tell the driver the following:

Arrival from
the Central Train Station
- Walking: 15 minutes
- Taxi: 6 minutes
- Tram: 14 minutes

When do the doors open?

Do all tickets guarantee a seat?
Yes. In our new model, all tickets guarantee a seat in a suitable sector. Only at the free EXPO seating is limited and first come first serve.
Is there an age requirement?
The minimum age of entering the event alone (without a guardian or without parental consent) is 16. However persons between 13 and 16 years of age, need to bring a written consent letter from their parent or legal guardian. Persons below 13 can only enter the event accompanied by a responsible adult.
What language will the Spodek Arena, MCK and EXPO show be in?
Katowice main events have always been commentated in English and that won't change in 2023.
What are the COVID restriction for the event?
We will follow the local restrictions at the time of the event.
