LANXESS arena is still echoing with the cheers of last year's ESL One Cologne, after breaking both viewership and attendance records. The excitement returns in 2016 with another world-class tournament to be held in Germany's largest indoor arena.
Due to German legislation and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's USK16 rating, only people aged 16 years or older will be admitted to the event. Even with parental consent or an accompanying adult, people under the age of 16 will not be able to gain entry to ESL One Cologne 2016.
Exchanging your ticket for a wristband is possible at all main entrances from Friday to Sunday. If you won a ticket through a contest, you must go to the Ticket Shop (#3 on the map) to pick up your physical ticket before entering the arena. Your wristband is for all days - don’t lose it since we cannot replace lost wristbands. VIP and Press access is located at Club Eingang Ost (#2 on the map)
You can bring a small backpack(no luggage) into the arena. No dangerous items are allowed. No food and drinks will be allowed in the arena. Only point and shoot, or action cameras can be brought into the arena. Cameras with interchangeable lenses are not permitted.
As a Premium Ticket holder, you will receive a lanyard with a pass attached to it when you exchange your ticket. This pass is your way to pick up your goodie bag, and get food.
The goodie bags are available in the premium area (downstairs in Clubraum west) along with food. To claim the goodie bag or the food, present your badge at the stations and they will punch a hole in your badge to indicate that you’ve picked up your meal or your goodie bag.
Drinks are available in the Premium area at all times. Gifting drinks to other members of the audience who are not Premium ticket holders is forbidden.
