At what times will I be able to purchase merchandise at the shop?

The event opens the doors at nine and that is exactly the time, we open our shops as well, so you can get the maximum time to shop your gaming merchandise.

Where will the shops be located?

To keep the queues short, we decided to build three shops at ESL One in Frankfurt. One of the shops will be in front of the stadium where a lot of the food stands will be. The second stand is inside the stadium on the opposite site of the main stage and in front of the community stage. The third stage will be in the premium area, for those lucky people that managed to get such a high value card.

Will there be merchandise for other games too?

We will bring merchandise for other games, too. We will bring some cool items for other games of VALVE, i.e. Team Fortress and Portal, and also for games like Watch Dogs, Wolfenstein: The New Order, The Elder Scrolls, Titanfall, CoD, Silent Hill, and more.

What payment methods can I use to pay at the event?

We will accept cash in €. And we also accept EC-cards as well as credit cards.

Can I order something and have it sent to my house?

We will have All-In-One PCs sponsored by the friendly folks of ASUS where you can order from our Online Shop. Maybe even Pre-Order some exclusive items.

What if an item I want goes out of stock?

You can pre-order it on the website to safe you one of the first items of the second production cycle, if it is not a limited edition.

What is so special about the ingame items I receive with my purchase?

The ingame items always have the GENUINE value, which is exclusive to merchandise products.
