Tickets will be sold in two categories: infield and grandstand which will determine your seating in the arena (see venue map). Additionally, you can enhance your ticket with an Add-On, giving you a range of bounties including fast-track entrance, event coin, poster and t-shirt, as well as the one month Premium membership on Faceit for you to enjoy Counter-Strike with your friends!

The half-ticket discount only applies on the ticket for the seating and the access to the event. The experience add-on is an extra service and merchancise. As merchandise is not a component of the reduced half-ticket price, the reduced price is not available for the Experience Add-on.

The commentary language inside the arena will be portuguese. For the online viewers, our main stream will be in english but there will overall be a large variety of partnering streams and languages.

There will not be any tickets for sale for the group stage part of the tournament.
Tickets will only be available for tournament days played October 11 - 13th

This will be in line with any other big Intel Extreme Masters Tournament like IEM Katowice or IEM Cologne. The IEM Rio 2022 Major only had a group stage crowd, as the tournament had the Major status.

No, this is not allowed by the Arena

There are some fast food restaurants spread in the arena.

We allow backpacks since the days are so long, we only potentially require short backpack checks when entering the venue

We only allow Press/Media and backstage crew to take professional cameras inside the venue.

Only personal belongings as cellphone, backpack, clothes. Umbrellas or sharp objects are not allowed.
