The ESL CS:GO Pro League is heading to Brazil! We’re thrilled to unveil that the finals of the upcoming fourth ESL CS:GO Pro League will be hosted in the Ginásio do Ibirapuera in São Paulo, Brazil. From the 28th to the 30th of October, the Pro League finals will conclude with more offline finals spots than ever before.
Ulrich Schulze, VP Pro Gaming at ESL, is looking forward to Brazil after the success of the recent Season 3 finals in London.
“ESL’s recent expansion to Brazil along with the fantastic performance of the current SK Gaming players at our London Finals – and the support from their region and fans, all played a role in picking São Paulo,” said Ulrich Schulze, VP Pro Gaming at ESL. “The Ginásio do Ibirapuera is an iconic indoor sporting arena. With the teams confirmed so far, we’re confident that any who make it to the final will put up a great show for what are sure to be thousands of local and international fans.”
Season 4 of the ESL CS:GO Pro League will span over eleven weeks, across both North America and Europe. Each division will be holding fourteen teams, with one wildcard slot from each region yet to be awarded. Ahead of the offline finals in the Ginásio do Ibirapuera, our ESL studios in São Paulo will be hosting the group stages. Ticket sales and further event information will follow on our public channels in the coming weeks, so be sure to follow ESLCS on Twitter and Facebook.
