ESL is excited to announce that Lenovo Legion will join as an official PC and tournament partner for the remainder of the current ESL CS:GO Pro League Season as well as Season 6 starting in September. As an official partner, Lenovo will provide its state-of-the-art gaming PCs for the league’s professional players as well as gaming laptops for analysts throughout regular season matches and stadium events.
Ulrich Schulze, VP of Pro Gaming at ESL, is delighted about the new hardware.
“I am happy to welcome Lenovo Legion aboard for this year’s ESL CS:GO Pro League action. We are always looking for partners that can match the intensity and performance of the competition and with Lenovo Legion we are sure the partnership will be a great fit for everybody involved.”
Lenovo gaming PCs that will be used for top level competition include the Lenovo Legion Y720 Laptop (pictured above). It’s VR-ready to handle today’s most demanding gaming requirements, thanks to NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 graphics, up to 7th Gen Intel® Core™ i7 processor and a stunning 15.6-inch UHD (3840 x 2160) IPS display. The Lenovo Legion Y720 Laptop is also the world’s first Windows® based Dolby Atmos® PC1 with amazing audio and optional integrated Xbox One™ Wireless receiver that lets players share immersive VR gaming experiences with friends.
And what’s even better is that commentators and broadcasters won’t be the only ones benefiting from the new gear. At the finals in Dallas, Lenovo will have a booth at the venue, offering any visitors the chance to test the newest systems and an array of free-to-play activities where fans can win fun prizes.
You can still secure yourself a seat for the season finals in Dallas on June 3-4. For all further tournament updates, follow ESL CS on both Twitter and Facebook.
