Due to the short time-frame for us to bring the final two teams to the event, it was no longer possible for us to invite teams outside of Europe because of the visa process that they would have to go through.
Out of the two regions, the next two slots for teams belonged to WEU.
There simply wasn't enough time for the longer format of Seasons 19 & 20, so to fit this Season into the schedule we had to try something different!
We know this new format (like any) will have its unique benefits and drawbacks, and as always we'd love to get your feedback, both on our socials and in our Reddit thread after the event!

Although it's something we would have liked to include, there will be no qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 21.

There are no plans currently to have live audiences at DreamLeague events, as they will be entirely online events with teams flown in to various countries in Europe to compete.
