- Scroll down and find the FACEIT Drops extension
- Click on "Connect with FACEIT for Drops" button, FACEIT login page will pop up
- Log into your FACEIT account
- Keep watching the stream

How do viewers know when they receive a drop?
There are three ways the viewers who receive a drop get notified:
- Twitch Chatbot
- Our Twitch chatbot will post in the channel’s Twitch chat when a drop has taken place, with the name of the receiver.
- FACEIT notification
- Viewers who receive an FP drop will receive a notification on FACEIT that they’ve received a drop. Where FACEIT Points will be transferred automatically, for other types of prizes they will be linked to the “my prizes” page, where they can fill in the necessary details to complete the transaction.
- Viewers who receive an FP drop will also receive an email with the drop details.
What are the requirements to be eligible for a drop?
- Having a FACEIT account
- Connecting your FACEIT account to the Twitch extension as shown in the screenshot above via the connect button
- Keep watching one of the qualified streams
Does watching multiple streams at the same time help increase my chances of receiving a drop?
No. Chances remain the same.
What can the viewers do from this extension?
From this extension the viewers can:
- Connect/disconnect their FACEIT account
- View the live, upcoming and past campaigns
- See the total FP that already have and will be dropped in the current campaign
