The main language for the event and the games commentated inside the venue will be English.

Other language streams are available to watch online.

• Glass containers
• Laser pointers and other potentially dangerous objects
• Pyrotechnics, flammable materials, and aerosol gas
• Alcohol (except alcohol purchased at the venue from authorized sellers and consumed in designated areas)
• Drugs, legal highs, and other intoxicating or psychoactive substances
• Flags and banners
• Sound-emitting devices (e.g. horns, megaphones)
• Items involving open flame
• Animals
• Luggage exceeding A4 size
• Serpentines or other party accessories that may disrupt the experience for other fans
• Clothing or items covering the face that prevent identification (unless legally permitted)
• Any materials intended for sales, promotion, marketing, or advertising without prior written consent of the Organizer
• The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit additional items if deemed dangerous or inappropriate.

You will not be able to re-enter the event if you have removed your wristband.

There will be no exceptions, so please keep your wristband on for the full weekend once you have received it.

• The event takes place at Spodek, located in the city center.
• The venue is well connected by public transport, including trams, buses, and trains. We recommend using public transportation, as it provides convenient access and helps avoid traffic and parking limitations in the area.
• Parking is available in the nearby Culture Zone. Please note that spaces are limited, especially during large events, and additional events in the area may impact availability.
• Parking fees apply on weekdays (Monday 6:30 to Friday 17:00), while parking is free from Friday 17:00 to Monday 6:30.

• Door opening times have not yet been confirmed. We are currently working to finalize this information and will share it as soon as it becomes available.

Yes, check-in is available across the full weekend and you are not required to check-in at a specific time. I.e You bought a 3 day ticket but can no longer arrive until day 2, you will still be able to check-in.

Yes, Spodek is adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities.

• The mezzanine level is accessible by lift from the cloakroom level
• The main hall includes designated seating areas for guests with disabilities
• Accessible toilets are available on the mezzanine level

You can, however bags will be checked and must follow these rules:

• Bags must not exceed A4 size
• Larger bags are not allowed inside the venue
• Oversized luggage must be stored in a paid deposit area before entry

No, you are not able to bring outside food and drink into the venue with you — however, there will be food and drink options available inside the event.

Yes, it is possible to leave and re-enter the venue until the final map of the day has been completed.
