ESL Challenger League Season 51 - Regional Finals

Tournament Dates:

  1. Europe: Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, May 28, 2026
  2. North America: Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, May 28, 2026
  3. South America: Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, May 28, 2026
  4. Asia: Tuesday, May 26 - Thursday, May 28, 2026

Location:

  1. Europe: Online (European servers)
  2. North America: Online (American servers)
  3. South America: Online (South American servers)
  4. Asia: Online (Asian servers)

Tournament environment:

All stages of the tournament will be played online.

Tournament invitations:

The winner of each regional cup will be invited to the Regional Finals. In case a team wins more than one cup in the region, additional rules will be applied for the Regional Finals:

  1. If a team wins 2 cups - number of participants goes down to 3, and winner of 2 cups will be invited directly to the Grand Final of the Regional Finals
  2. If a team wins 3 cups - number of participants goes down to 2, semifinals are cancelled, and the winner of 3 cups gets map advantage in grand finals
  3. If a team wins 4 cups - Regional Final is cancelled, and the team will be invited directly to ESL Pro League

Seeding will follow the first available monthly VRS publication of May 2026.

Invite Exceptions:

  1. Based on the Tournament Operating Requirements that states: “3.6.3 A Roster shall only be eligible for a Wildcard Invite if it is ranked lower than 12 on the Global VRS list and it fulfills at least one of the following requirements as of the Invitation Date:..."
  2. Exceptions to invitations will apply if a player is banned by ESL, FACEIT or ESIC
